Most lamps light the room. The Redline lights the desk.
2700 K and no further
Warm light, dimmed with a touch, that ends where the desk ends. The person asleep on the other side of the wall never knows the lamp is on. The arm holds its angle without a knob to tighten, which matters when the desk is a train seat.
The pairing
With Field Notes No. 04 under it and a pen that darkens in the hand, the desk is complete. Add the strip light behind the monitor and the room stays dark while the work stays lit.
